My manga version Neo Queen Serenity cosplay that I originally made a few years back when I was pregnant with my son. This photo is from when I rewore it to ACen 09 while pregnant with my daughter. Unfortunately, I had misplaced the tiara in the interim, but at least I got much better photos this second time around.

That's so funny-- we were both pregnant with our boys AND girls at the same time, and we both wore Neo Queen Serenity during our pregnancies (though I only rewore mine very early in my second pregnancy-- I did get pics with her after she was born though)
